Monday to Friday, 10am - 4 pm**

4 classes per day. Each day begins with ballet technique and pointe followed by lunch. The afternoon will consist of a variety of disciplines including Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Acting, Gyrokinesis, Pilates, Seminars, and more. Classes are taught by a distinguished guest faculty who will enrich and progress the dancer’s training and technique.

*Video Submission Guidelines

Students auditioning by video may send a YouTube link or Vimeo link. The audition video should be less than 15 minutes. Combinations should be simple.

Barre exercises on one side: Plié, tendu, rond de jambe, adagio, and grande battement

Centre: Adagio (With développé à la seconde and arabesque), pirouettes en dehors and en dedans, glissade assemble, and grande allegro.

Dancers en pointe: Include a short pointe combination. If not yet in center, include releve in first and second positions and echappe facing the barre. Optional: Tour en l’air.

Include 3 recent photographs showing first arabesque, tendu a la seconde, and a headshot. Professional photos are not necessary.

***SUMMER TUITION Cancellation and Refund Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable unless requested prior to one week of the start of the program. There are no refunds once the program has begun. No refunds or credits will be given for any absences. Class sizes are limited. SSYB reserves the right to cancel any of the Summer Programs if the enrollment is insufficient. In such case, student will receive a full refund.

Housing is not provided
