1. By signing and submitting this vendor form, you accept and will follow the rules of this contract application for the 2023 Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet Nutcracker Tea fundraiser.
2. You agree to pay the tax deductible Vendor Sponsor Contribution Fee of $125.00 to participate in the event being held Sunday, November 19, 2023. Fee includes one six foot folding table and mention on the SSYB social media channels and event program.
3. Agreements MUST be filled out and signed by the business owner, manager or authorized representative.
4. The requirements set out as stated must be followed.
Seller must provide their own linens and displays, set up and take-down within the time frame provided by SSYB.
Setup may begin at 8:00 am and must be completed by 10:30 am.
Doors open to ticketed attendees at 10:45 am
Breakdown may begin no sooner than 5:30 pm and must be completed by 7:30 pm
Exclusive sales times will be from 10:45 am until 11:30 am and again from 2:45 pm until 3:30 pm. Additional times at the end of each performance will be available for guests to shop.
Seller is responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax.
Table Assignments: Tables will be assigned and provided upon vendor check in.
